Graphite electrode is produced artificially by using petroleum coke, needle coke as raw material, coal pitch as binder, the process need through calcination, burdening, kneading, molding, baking, impregnation, graphitization and machining .

The graphite electrode has 3 grades , RP(Regular Power), HP(High Power) and UHP(Ultra high Power) which is used as a conductor that releases electric energy in the form of an arc to heat and melt the material in the arc furnace

Main Production Procedures


To protect the quality of the products, from the raw material to the machining, each procedure in RFC CARBON is strictly controlled. We use imported high quality needle coke, high quality petroleum as raw material.
